I thought the previous guy Patrick was very helpful and seemed honest. I was not as happy with the 2nd experience with you. 2 guys came to check out why my AC unit was not cooling. 1 guy seemed like he got straight to work and the system started cooling again. The other guy seemed more interested in collecting payment immediately. I did not know what the cost would be for the repair before they arrived to be prepared to pay immediately because other companies have sent me an invoice after the service was provided. I’m not leaving the country or anything and I just bought the house so I felt a little uncomfortable with the immediate demand for payment. Moreover, I probably would have paid for the service plan which was about $200 more if they would’ve taken payment 1 day later. As for the price to replace the capacitor, about $450, it seemed high for a $9-$45 part to be replaced in less than 30 minutes. At least they showed up fairly quickly and the AC seems to be working so far.
