Wasn't sure who to call but I had seen the Danco office before so I looked at their website and decided to give them a call first. Robert responded and got by for the last call of his day. He was very patient and polite and quickly found that the problem was the thermostat and replaced it. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable.
