“Ryan was very nice and did a satisfactory job of cleaning the sewer line between house and street. However, I had asked that the line between my washing machine and outside clean out be snaked out as a preventative measure before the estimate was prepared and signed. He left without doing this. $830.24 for running a snake and camera between cleanout in flower bed and cleanout at street (50 feet) is way overpriced. He promised that I would receive estimate to replace root damaged cleanout and a copy of camera footage. This was on Wednesday and I did not get the estimate until Monday. I am still waiting on the camera footage. I made 3 calls asking for footage and so far have received only 4 seconds worth of nothing. The estimate to replace cleanout is $2103.26. Also overpriced! I called Shelton Plumbing out for estimate. John was here in one hour and ran camera through cleanout. Shelton will replace cleanout for $898.98. $1200 less than DANCO. Shelton also said they would have done the same work performed last Wednesday for around $400. Half the price DANCO charged.”
