I purchased a yearly plan from Danco. Austin B. Sold it to me. my technician comes to check my system every 3 months and makes sure all is well, fix anything if needed…..etc…all the things! Austin Keeps me from having to be worried about my AC going out in the middle of the summer living in Texas. Austin was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and very courteous as always. “Mitchel’s work is fine and he explains what he’s doing.
I was terribly upset with the scheduling process to install the new part as I had to go 4 days without the upstairs AC. I was told the part would be installed on Friday: it had arrived.
I pay a hefty monthly fee for “priority service “ and I felt that this was ignored.
The new part is installed now so we’ll see if the temperature improves.”
