Robert Westmoreland did a fantastic job on the two service calls he made at my house. On the first trip, he diagnosed the problem quickly, made sure that there was nothing else wrong, and got the part ordered. And when the part came in, he didn’t wait until the next day to install it. He knew we had been without AC for over a week, and even though (he said) he had had a rough day, he came over at the end of the day to install it. He was very knowledgeable about our system, and performed the installation very efficiently. I would definitely recommend Robert, and would ask for him myself again!
