Austin Boetger from Danco came yesterday to do routine maintenance. A part was broken and had to be replaced. He ordered it and came back today to put the part in and finish the maintenance. Austin is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and personable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a/c service or repair❣️ Robert Pineda from DANCO came to do a system upgrade today. He was very nicand he and his assistant worked quietly, efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. I always have a good experience with DANCO and recommend them. Robert Pineda came today for our heat pump’s 6 month checkup. He was very nice and professional. He didn’t leave a mess. I’m glad Danco takes care of our system - it gives us peace of mind. Austin Boetger came for our semi-annual maintenance check today (7-30-26). He does a wonderful job, is knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Austin and DANCO are great.

Austin was very nice to work with, my air conditioner needs a new blower so I will be seeing him again next week. I know he will do a good job.

I have used Danco for my A/C Unit repair and that service was top notch, didn’t expect anything less from the Plumbing side. I won’t name the company but I was priced for a plumbing repair that involved trenching under my house and replacing a section of my plumbing, which came with a big cost. Wanting a second opinion I had Danco come out, specifically Carl Earp and his partner (hate of forgot his name). Both were polite and professional. I didn’t hover around them but they included me in what they were seeing and what steps they will be taking. Communication was great. They fixed the issue in a respectable amount of time with no trenching. The pice was a no where near the first quote. Thanks to Carl and the Danco team for top notch service.

Luis and his crew were very prompt, courteous, informative and professional. Hard working individuals that know HVAC equipment and how it functions. Replaced entire unit, inside and out in 105 degrees, and finished that same day. Impressive, especially since cooling and humidity levels are at point we hadn't seen with our old unit. Hardly wait to see electric bill.They also came back the next day to work on some flow problems from air ducts. Once again worked with the same diligence that they had the day before. Showed up early and got to work. Really can't work in an attic after 2 right now. Extremely impressed with Danco as well. Honest no pressure answers to help correct whatever HVAC issues are causing you grief. Great communication all around. I have tried 2 other highly rated companies here but Danco so far has been great. I now know why their ratings are so high. One other thing, their pricing for my complete job blew the other bids away. Got upgraded (equipment) system for same money, actually slightly less than another company wanted for a basic system installed.

After two failed attempts ro fix a common drain issue with my hvac system by another company I called Danco and was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency, knowledge ,and overall, customer support from Robert the service tech. I have since decided to upgrade my entire HVAC system and am convinced Danco and Trane is the best way to go. Grat job Danco!

“Luis and Derek showed up exactly when they said they would on Tuesday and installed a mini split system in our family room/den (enclosed garage). Took them about 4 hours. They did a terrific job and were very unobtrusive and afterwards explained how everything worked and were very friendly and professional and the system did exactly as promised.
On Wednesday, Luis and Austin also arrived at the appointed early tome and got right to work installing the new Trane HVAC system. Again, they were both extremely professional, friendly, unobtrusive and worked extremely efficient to get it up and running. About 6.5 hours later it was purring like a kitten and my entire house was as comfortable as it had ever been.
All three of these guys were great and I highly recommend them and Anthony who came and explained everything at the beginning thoroughly and walked me through the entire process prior to the installation.
I would highly recommend Danco and their products. You get what you pay for and we look forward to many years of comfort and dependable service from these folk if need be. Thank you.”
