Excellent service from beginning to end! I recently hired DANCO HVAC to install a new HVAC unit, and I could not be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation (Crystal) to the final cleanup, their team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality work. The installation team (Ryker, Ethan, Jeff) showed up on time, ready to work, and got started right away. They treated my home with respect, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up for the best performance. It’s not often you see a crew pay so much attention to detail and leave everything looking cleaner and better than they found it. They didn’t just install the equipment and leave. They took the time to show me how the new system works, made sure everything was running smoothly, and left the area spotless. “Mitchel’s work is fine and he explains what he’s doing.
I was terribly upset with the scheduling process to install the new part as I had to go 4 days without the upstairs AC. I was told the part would be installed on Friday: it had arrived.
I pay a hefty monthly fee for “priority service “ and I felt that this was ignored.
The new part is installed now so we’ll see if the temperature improves.”
