Timely, professional, and reliable. Every technician has been knowledgeable, and friendly, as well as commutative on their findings or lack there of. Customer service is also always a pleasure to talk to, and are just as equally friendly and professional. We have a service contract to where they come out and check the systems biannually, as we have an AC and gas furnace, a wonderful way to not only keep your systems up to date and working, but peace of mind knowing our systems have been looked at, taken care of, and are fit for whatever extremes the summer of winter brings. “Kris Mills was assigned to make our a/c repair. He was friendly and knowledgeable and found the problem within 30 minutes. He explained what needed to be done/replaced in a way that I could understand. He had everything he needed to make the repairs with him and within an hour or so he had the a/c working. After 2 days with temperatures over 100, waiting on our home warranty people to find someone to repair the a/c, we called Danco Comfort Services and we are very satisfied with their professionalism and service. “Our air conditioner stopped cooling on the Saturday evening of July 4th weekend, so we called Danco’s 24 hour emergency line. We got a call back from Mitchell about 10 minutes later and he was at our location in just a few minutes. He correctly diagnosed the issue immediately and we were back to a cool house in less than a half hour. We thought for sure we were in for a long holiday weekend in a hot house. But Mitchell saved the day! Danco is the only AC repair company we’ll be using from here on out!”

“A recent storm caused our TRANE AC/Heating Unit to lock completely out. Confused with the system readings we contacted Danco because we understood the company to be knowledgeable with the unit.
