Austin was great! There is also a chance he is a secret fairytale princess as my dogs and cats who usually go ape around strangers all were calm with him and came out to see him! 🙂

John Cannon came by my house today to perform maintenance on both my central air systems. While working outside, he needed to use the hose. Unfortunately, both spickets were stripped so a hose could not be attached. He advised me to have a repairman come out and change them. I highly recommend John Cannon as your service technician! He works quickly and is professional. And I believe that he should get a raise or a huge bonus! 😁

Thank you for the help. It was great to walk to the door and see Austin again. As usual he was very informative and helpful with telling me what and how to keep my house cool in the summer, as well as being very professional. Hope to see him again in 6 months.

Shower leak was fixed as well as other issue I didn’t know about. Cary Earp was Very thorough and informative. He was also very polite.

I tried 2 other plumbers first who couldn’t fix the problem. Then I called Danco and Explained the problems to Tiffiney. She put me on hold briefly to find Cary. Austin was delightful. He got the air conditioning working in a very short time. I certainly appreciated him coming after hours. I was definitely not looking forward to another night in the heat.

“I’ve been a Danco customer for 15 years. Bought my last unit from Danco and I’m a Gold Member for as long. My unit stopped cooling Friday 06/30/23 and Danco sent a service tech out that afternoon. The technician’s name was John, he found the unit non-repairable so he contacted the office and Aaron was here that same afternoon and had a price the same day for a complete unit change out. They offered temporary cooling units. A thank you to Craig for bringing that unit out to the house for us to use, for the installation of the new unit could not occur until the following Wednesday as Tuesday was a holiday.
Wednesday morning Beau and Allen did the complete installation on the same day. These two guys knocked it out of the park. After the installation, they went over all the equipment and explained what I need to know. They answered all my questions in detail that I could understand.
Again a huge thanks to Aaron, Allen, and Beau. Craig, you have a great team here.”
