Our HVAC system was due for system maintenance and as always Danco technician Steven Tindell was professional and friendly. Mr. Tindell arrived on time and received courtesy text, indicating his estimated time of arrival. Maintenance on the HVAC system was conducted without any issues.

John Cannon was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. His maintenance inspection was very thorough and helpful for securing proper insulation to help with maintaining proper care of our HVAC. John also noticed and repaired other issues with our unit and re-calibrated our thermostat. We are very pleased with John’s work.

“I was very impressed with Mitch. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He gave me an honest opinion on my system (which is now 31 years old), and he gave me options as far as how much I should/could do at this time because of the age of the system. Knowing it’s amazing it has lasted this long I was pleasantly surprised he got my system up and running again. DANCO had serviced my air conditioning system 2 years ago and I was very happy with the service. What’s interesting is that 2008 when I had the system serviced by “Another” company I was told that I had to replace it at that time and anything they did was going to be very short term. Thank you Mitch and DANCO for excellent service and honesty. I will be calling you when it is finally time to replace my system.”
