“I am very happy with my Danco Comfort Service. It gives me peace of mind to know that my unit will keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I appreciate Danco for giving me Comfort Service call reminders before my upcoming appointments. I am especially grateful to the comfort specialist, Mitchell McIntosh, who not only cleaned and serviced my unit to make sure that it was operating efficiently, but also went an extra mile. My unit is in the attic. The attic entry is located in a well traveled hallway. The attic ladder did not close back properly. Mitchell went the extra mile to find out why and corrected the problem. I am very thankful for this young man, Mitch, who cared enough about our safety that he took time to fix the problem. His action possibly prevented potential injuries to anyone walking under the attic entry. It also ensured the safety of his coworkers who could be coming for future Comfort Service calls.
