Over a week without heat and they can’t order the right part. Use someone else
Response from the owner:Hi Josie, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation caused, especially during such a severe ice storm. We understand how stressful it is to be without heat. Due to hazardous road conditions early in the week, we weren’t able to safely access many homes until Wednesday. Once roads improved, your home was prioritized and visited promptly. Our technician diagnosed the issue and confirmed the failure with the manufacturer’s technical support before ordering the control board. When the part arrived and was installed, it unfortunately became clear that a different control board was required, something that can occasionally happen with complex manufacturer-controlled systems. As soon as this was identified, we immediately reordered the correct part and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We genuinely regret the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during an unusually difficult weather event. If you’d like to speak with our management team directly, we’d welcome the opportunity to help make this right.

“Luis and Derek showed up exactly when they said they would on Tuesday and installed a mini split system in our family room/den (enclosed garage). Took them about 4 hours. They did a terrific job and were very unobtrusive and afterwards explained how everything worked and were very friendly and professional and the system did exactly as promised.
On Wednesday, Luis and Austin also arrived at the appointed early tome and got right to work installing the new Trane HVAC system. Again, they were both extremely professional, friendly, unobtrusive and worked extremely efficient to get it up and running. About 6.5 hours later it was purring like a kitten and my entire house was as comfortable as it had ever been.
All three of these guys were great and I highly recommend them and Anthony who came and explained everything at the beginning thoroughly and walked me through the entire process prior to the installation.
I would highly recommend Danco and their products. You get what you pay for and we look forward to many years of comfort and dependable service from these folk if need be. Thank you.”
