I was terribly upset with the scheduling process to install the new part as I had to go 4 days without the upstairs AC. I was told the part would be installed on Friday: it had arrived.
I pay a hefty monthly fee for “priority service “ and I felt that this was ignored.
The new part is installed now so we’ll see if the temperature improves.”
