Austin came out and completed the semi-annual maintenance on my AC system. On time, professional and did a great job. I have been using Danco for years and would recommend them to anyone.

He came, did the job, went. Just as you would expect.
Great customer service followed by on time arrival of Techs and communication throughout everyone i had the pleasure of speaking and meeting with. I wasn’t present the day of the installation, but my spouse was though, and she explained that everything went smoothly, techs communicated well with her. Reason for fours stars is because apparently whomever was in the attic unintentionally cut too close to the ceiling light while preparing the placement for the new air duct in our garage to room conversion. So we currently at the moment have half of a rectangle cut into our ceiling, but have been informed they will be in touch to repair the accidental trim they made. Overall my expectations were met besides the one mistake they made, but were all bound to trial and error in life, and they communicated about the incident which we greatly appreciated rather than them be silent about it and us later noticing it by surprise.

Our HVAC system was due for system maintenance and as always Danco technician Steven Tindell was professional and friendly. Mr. Tindell arrived on time and received courtesy text, indicating his estimated time of arrival. Maintenance on the HVAC system was conducted without any issues.

John Cannon was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. His maintenance inspection was very thorough and helpful for securing proper insulation to help with maintaining proper care of our HVAC. John also noticed and repaired other issues with our unit and re-calibrated our thermostat. We are very pleased with John’s work.

“I’ve been a Danco customer for 15 years. Bought my last unit from Danco and I’m a Gold Member for as long. My unit stopped cooling Friday 06/30/23 and Danco sent a service tech out that afternoon. The technician’s name was John, he found the unit non-repairable so he contacted the office and Aaron was here that same afternoon and had a price the same day for a complete unit change out. They offered temporary cooling units. A thank you to Craig for bringing that unit out to the house for us to use, for the installation of the new unit could not occur until the following Wednesday as Tuesday was a holiday.
Wednesday morning Beau and Allen did the complete installation on the same day. These two guys knocked it out of the park. After the installation, they went over all the equipment and explained what I need to know. They answered all my questions in detail that I could understand.
