I purchased a yearly plan from Danco. Austin B. Sold it to me. my technician comes to check my system every 3 months and makes sure all is well, fix anything if needed…..etc…all the things! Austin Keeps me from having to be worried about my AC going out in the middle of the summer living in Texas. Austin was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and very courteous as always. And for that~ thank you so much.. Excellent service ALWAYS!!! Will continue to use….

Air Conditioner Replacement in Waco, TX 76712

“I’ve been a Danco customer for 15 years. Bought my last unit from Danco and I’m a Gold Member for as long. My unit stopped cooling Friday 06/30/23 and Danco sent a service tech out that afternoon. The technician’s name was John, he found the unit non-repairable so he contacted the office and Aaron was here that same afternoon and had a price the same day for a complete unit change out. They offered temporary cooling units. A thank you to Craig for bringing that unit out to the house for us to use, for the installation of the new unit could not occur until the following Wednesday as Tuesday was a holiday.
Wednesday morning Beau and Allen did the complete installation on the same day. These two guys knocked it out of the park. After the installation, they went over all the equipment and explained what I need to know. They answered all my questions in detail that I could understand.
Again a huge thanks to Aaron, Allen, and Beau. Craig, you have a great team here.”
