Just had a new AC system installed from Ethan at Danco, and he did an amazing job. Great service. He walked me over everything they were doing step by step and made sure I had a full understanding of the new system. Highly recommend Danco! So far, I have delt with 3 different departments from Danco. 1st visit was the technician, John i think, to service my unit & check everything out. After inspecting duct work in attic, informed me we had issues up there. Next visit was with sales dept, Aaron & Crystal. The news was not good, new duct work needed for part of the house. He told me the new duct work & adding more insulation should take care of the cooling issues. It took a few extra days to get the bid for the work, but once I agreed to get the work done, they got me on the schedule with in 2 days. Install crew, Ryder & Ethan, showed up bright & early. They were very professional! Covered the flooring going to attic access area. Through out the day they were very willing to talk to me & explain the process & such. After a full day of working in the tight attic, they cleaned everything up and tested each vent for air flow pressure. They explained everything to me as I questioned things. Ethan kept his cool & professionalism to correct an issue from previous contractors work during remodel to ensure all vent work was attached correctly. I can not say enough about these guys after a long day working in a tight space! I still have 1 more dept to work with for getting the insulation blown in, hoping that goes just as smooth! We finally had to turn AC down today & it was freezing us out of the rooms. I guess having duct work updated & properly installed really does make a difference. Kudos to DANCO for getting this work done before very quick before summer temps get here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DANCO!!!

Air Conditioner Replacement in Waco, TX 76712

“I’ve been a Danco customer for 15 years. Bought my last unit from Danco and I’m a Gold Member for as long. My unit stopped cooling Friday 06/30/23 and Danco sent a service tech out that afternoon. The technician’s name was John, he found the unit non-repairable so he contacted the office and Aaron was here that same afternoon and had a price the same day for a complete unit change out. They offered temporary cooling units. A thank you to Craig for bringing that unit out to the house for us to use, for the installation of the new unit could not occur until the following Wednesday as Tuesday was a holiday.
Wednesday morning Beau and Allen did the complete installation on the same day. These two guys knocked it out of the park. After the installation, they went over all the equipment and explained what I need to know. They answered all my questions in detail that I could understand.
Again a huge thanks to Aaron, Allen, and Beau. Craig, you have a great team here.”
