The technician, Steven, was excellent. He accurately diagnosed our issue and resolved it. He was willing to tell me what checks he performed, why he learned from them, and how we can move forward in the quickest and most cost-effective manner. Steven was transparent with me, and I found him to be courteous and trustworthy. The diagnostic was around $80, and the replacement part was over $600 (blower motor). I paid around $800 including labor.

“I’ve been a Danco customer for 15 years. Bought my last unit from Danco and I’m a Gold Member for as long. My unit stopped cooling Friday 06/30/23 and Danco sent a service tech out that afternoon. The technician’s name was John, he found the unit non-repairable so he contacted the office and Aaron was here that same afternoon and had a price the same day for a complete unit change out. They offered temporary cooling units. A thank you to Craig for bringing that unit out to the house for us to use, for the installation of the new unit could not occur until the following Wednesday as Tuesday was a holiday.
Wednesday morning Beau and Allen did the complete installation on the same day. These two guys knocked it out of the park. After the installation, they went over all the equipment and explained what I need to know. They answered all my questions in detail that I could understand.
