My unit is in the attic. The attic entry is located in a well traveled hallway. The attic ladder did not close back properly. Mitchell went the extra mile to find out why and corrected the problem. I am very thankful for this young man, Mitch, who cared enough about our safety that he took time to fix the problem. His action possibly prevented potential injuries to anyone walking under the attic entry. It also ensured the safety of his coworkers who could be coming for future Comfort Service calls. “Could not be happier with our new heat pump. We had a 25 year old heat pump that was ailing before the historic freeze storm and had the new unit installed a week later. No more noisy equipment (inside or outside) and no more non stop running of the equipment, just consistent air flow and desired temperature with very little use of compressor (anticipating major reduction in energy bill). From our initial visit with Anthony to the installation by Timothy & Jeffrey every aspect was handled professionally and with 100% expertise. Yes we bought a Cadillac and it was expensive but we are completely sure we made the correct move. Call us in August and next February and we are positive that we will feel the same. Kent & Susan”
