John Cannon did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing our heat pump and installing a new thermostat. He explained the issues that led to our system failure and gave us the options going forward. He also cleaned our HVAC system inside and outside. We will definitely be using Danco in the future!

DANCO service technician Robert Pineda was assigned to repair our faulty thermostat. Upon his arrival Robert was extremely professional, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. I highly recommend and we will be using Danco for all future HVAC maintenance.

“Robert Westmoreland came out this morning to complete the maintenance on our AC unit.
We have a Geo Thermal unit and Robert checked it over including the drip pan located inside the unit.
It had not been checked with the initial maintenance a couple of weeks ago apparently.
Robert's Geo Thermal experience showed in tracking down why the red light was coming on and when the temp came down the humidity went up.
He did various things including cleaning out the drip pan that had some pink slime stuff in it. He flushed out where it was blocked up.
He did other things too but I can't remember it all.
He took out the confusing programs that had been set up a long time ago and made it very easy and understandable to use now.
Since we are here, we don't need the pre-set programs and have found them more confusing than helpful.
While he packed up, he waited to be sure the temp was coming down and that everything was working properly.
Robert was very professional, knew Geo Thermal, he was thorough and did a great job in finding the problem and fixing it.
