Excellent service from beginning to end! I recently hired DANCO HVAC to install a new HVAC unit, and I could not be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation (Crystal) to the final cleanup, their team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality work. The installation team (Ryker, Ethan, Jeff) showed up on time, ready to work, and got started right away. They treated my home with respect, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up for the best performance. It’s not often you see a crew pay so much attention to detail and leave everything looking cleaner and better than they found it. They didn’t just install the equipment and leave. They took the time to show me how the new system works, made sure everything was running smoothly, and left the area spotless. If you want an HVAC company that offers great service, clear communication, and a skilled team, I highly recommend DANCO. I’ll definitely be a customer for life. Five stars!

Great service. Communication was great. They came out super quick and they send you a picture of technician before they arrive. Robert, our Danco technician was very knowledgeable and respectful. He was quick to assess and diagnose the issues. Very great service. Highly recommend!!

I called Danco to come hook up the water line to a new fridge. The phone dispatcher was friendly and responsive. The plumber, Cary Earp, arrived early, which was amazing, was professional, friendly, respectful, and helpful. He worked quickly and hooked up the water line with no problem. He had to go get another part, but even so, the whole thing took just under an hour. He even helped me with a separate issue we had with a shower that had very low water pressure. This was my first time using Danco, but I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

“Called DANCO to have a water heater under the kitchen sink taken out since it was causing issues, and they came out the very next day. Cary was very prompt and professional. Great guy to work with! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He even looked at a couple of minor issues while he was there. He was quick to get the mini water heater removed and even fixed another leak with the dishwasher while down there which we were unaware of. Price was more than reasonable. First time using DANCO, but after such a great experience, we will definitely be using them in the future with any plumbing issues. Hard to find good, quality work nowadays and honest people, but that is what you will get if you use DANCO. Highly recommend them!”
