We have a Geo Thermal unit and Robert checked it over including the drip pan located inside the unit.
It had not been checked with the initial maintenance a couple of weeks ago apparently.
Robert's Geo Thermal experience showed in tracking down why the red light was coming on and when the temp came down the humidity went up.
He did various things including cleaning out the drip pan that had some pink slime stuff in it. He flushed out where it was blocked up.
He did other things too but I can't remember it all.
He took out the confusing programs that had been set up a long time ago and made it very easy and understandable to use now.
Since we are here, we don't need the pre-set programs and have found them more confusing than helpful.
While he packed up, he waited to be sure the temp was coming down and that everything was working properly.
Robert was very professional, knew Geo Thermal, he was thorough and did a great job in finding the problem and fixing it.

It was a total replacement so took some time, but they moved very steadily. No disruption of my activities in the house. Dogs were a little agitated with the occasional unidentified noises but survived. Old system disassembled and hauled away.
