“The team arrived within the expected time frame. I like that there is a text with a picture and name of the technician coming to provide the service. It was a total replacement so took some time, but they moved very steadily. No disruption of my activities in the house. Dogs were a little agitated with the occasional unidentified noises but survived. Old system disassembled and hauled away. New system installed with all the insulation etc. They left no mess at all which was greatly appreciated. Complete orientation on the thermostat, indoor unit along with filter discussion. Oriented to outdoor unit and recommended maintenance. Unit is working seamlessly. Absolutely love how quiet the unit is inside and out. Think I am loving this variable speed unit.
