Easy to work with. Scheduling and communication top notch. Technicians are courteous, cleanly and professional. We used Danco for a repair of damage done by an insulation company initially and were impressed by the company so we call them back for additional ductwork in another area of our home. We also had them do a check up maintenance on our air conditioner unit. We will call them again when needed.

I was terribly upset with the scheduling process to install the new part as I had to go 4 days without the upstairs AC. I was told the part would be installed on Friday: it had arrived.
I pay a hefty monthly fee for “priority service “ and I felt that this was ignored.
The new part is installed now so we’ll see if the temperature improves.”
