“A recent storm caused our TRANE AC/Heating Unit to lock completely out. Confused with the system readings we contacted Danco because we understood the company to be knowledgeable with the unit. Danco’s technician Robert Westmoreland, arrived the next morning. Robert was very professional and courteous when greeted in our home. He was also very well informed regarding the TRANE unit. He proved to be an excellent source of help to us. The diagnosis test showed our system was needed to reboot. Robert took care of all the issues we had. Then suggested and explained the Comfort Club Maintenance Program with Danco. We are extremely happy with our service today.
