Robert provided a fast but thorough service today. He was very courteous and clearly explained what he did. The service window was from 8a-12p, and he was here shortly after 8:00. Great service overall!

Though replacing an HVAC system is painful, the process with Danco was top-notch. The bid process was quick, Aaron who made our bid was efficient, professional and thorough, walking the house and taking measurements to insure BTU load and unit sizing. The installers, Matt, Ethan and Reicher were on time, professional and did a wonderful job installing the new system. I chose Danco in part based on Google reviews, where were 4.9 stars out of 5, and the price for a Trane system which was several thousand dollars cheaper than a competitor. Really good job and smooth process. I highly recommend Danco.

Austin came out and completed the semi-annual maintenance on my AC system. On time, professional and did a great job. I have been using Danco for years and would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service followed by on time arrival of Techs and communication throughout everyone i had the pleasure of speaking and meeting with. I wasn’t present the day of the installation, but my spouse was though, and she explained that everything went smoothly, techs communicated well with her. Reason for fours stars is because apparently whomever was in the attic unintentionally cut too close to the ceiling light while preparing the placement for the new air duct in our garage to room conversion. So we currently at the moment have half of a rectangle cut into our ceiling, but have been informed they will be in touch to repair the accidental trim they made. Overall my expectations were met besides the one mistake they made, but were all bound to trial and error in life, and they communicated about the incident which we greatly appreciated rather than them be silent about it and us later noticing it by surprise.

“Kris Mills was assigned to make our a/c repair. He was friendly and knowledgeable and found the problem within 30 minutes. He explained what needed to be done/replaced in a way that I could understand. He had everything he needed to make the repairs with him and within an hour or so he had the a/c working. After 2 days with temperatures over 100, waiting on our home warranty people to find someone to repair the a/c, we called Danco Comfort Services and we are very satisfied with their professionalism and service. “Our air conditioner stopped cooling on the Saturday evening of July 4th weekend, so we called Danco’s 24 hour emergency line. We got a call back from Mitchell about 10 minutes later and he was at our location in just a few minutes. He correctly diagnosed the issue immediately and we were back to a cool house in less than a half hour. We thought for sure we were in for a long holiday weekend in a hot house.
