We've used Danco a few times over the past year and we've had nothing but good experiences. They always let you know when the technician is on their way, and even provide you with a photo and short bio for the technician. If you're home alone this is honestly a piece of mind knowing this is the person who is supposed to be working in my home. They're always polite and professional, and scheduling is easy. I would recommend them for maintenance and repairs to your HVAC system.
Austin was on time, he inspected the inside and outside unit. He explained everything he check.

Today was our initial six month check on our system. Since it is going into winter, Austin conducted a very through pre season check and at the same time checked out the outside ac unit. “Kris Mills was assigned to make our a/c repair. He was friendly and knowledgeable and found the problem within 30 minutes. He explained what needed to be done/replaced in a way that I could understand. He had everything he needed to make the repairs with him and within an hour or so he had the a/c working. After 2 days with temperatures over 100, waiting on our home warranty people to find someone to repair the a/c, we called Danco Comfort Services and we are very satisfied with their professionalism and service. “Our air conditioner stopped cooling on the Saturday evening of July 4th weekend, so we called Danco’s 24 hour emergency line. We got a call back from Mitchell about 10 minutes later and he was at our location in just a few minutes. He correctly diagnosed the issue immediately and we were back to a cool house in less than a half hour. We thought for sure we were in for a long holiday weekend in a hot house.
