I called Danco to come hook up the water line to a new fridge. The phone dispatcher was friendly and responsive. The plumber, Cary Earp, arrived early, which was amazing, was professional, friendly, respectful, and helpful. He worked quickly and hooked up the water line with no problem. He had to go get another part, but even so, the whole thing took just under an hour. He even helped me with a separate issue we had with a shower that had very low water pressure. This was my first time using Danco, but I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I purchased a yearly plan from Danco. Austin B. Sold it to me. my same technician Austin comes to check my system every 6 months and makes sure all is well, fix anything if needed…..etc…all the things!!!! Austin also Keeps me from having to be worried about my AC going out in the middle of the summer living in Texas. Austin is not only pleasant every single visit, he is always on time, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, and very courteous as always. He seems to love his job and cares about his customers. And for that~ thank you so much.. Excellent service as ALWAYS!!! Will continue to use….and furthermore renew my contract. I usually despise contracts but this is a good one ( a must have in Texas) and it’s one I trust and don’t mind signing on the dotted line for!! Thank you Austin and Danco!! The technician, Steven, was excellent. He accurately diagnosed our issue and resolved it. He was willing to tell me what checks he performed, why he learned from them, and how we can move forward in the quickest and most cost-effective manner. Steven was transparent with me, and I found him to be courteous and trustworthy. The diagnostic was around $80, and the replacement part was over $600 (blower motor). I paid around $800 including labor.

“Robert Westmoreland came out this morning to complete the maintenance on our AC unit.
We have a Geo Thermal unit and Robert checked it over including the drip pan located inside the unit.
It had not been checked with the initial maintenance a couple of weeks ago apparently.
Robert's Geo Thermal experience showed in tracking down why the red light was coming on and when the temp came down the humidity went up.
He did various things including cleaning out the drip pan that had some pink slime stuff in it. He flushed out where it was blocked up.
He did other things too but I can't remember it all.
He took out the confusing programs that had been set up a long time ago and made it very easy and understandable to use now.
Since we are here, we don't need the pre-set programs and have found them more confusing than helpful.
While he packed up, he waited to be sure the temp was coming down and that everything was working properly.
Robert was very professional, knew Geo Thermal, he was thorough and did a great job in finding the problem and fixing it.
