“Spencer was nothing but professional. He originally laid out the timeline to expect parts etc to come in (which was 5-7 biz days). Spencer said let me call my boss to see if I can get this quicker as I know this is where your family is staying and you can’t be sleeping in a 80+ Degree house. He got the part expedited to arrive the very next day and by the time work ended, it was all fixed. Have nothing but great things to say about Spencer and his company he works for.”
