“Robert Westmoreland came out this morning to complete the maintenance on our AC unit.
We have a Geo Thermal unit and Robert checked it over including the drip pan located inside the unit.
It had not been checked with the initial maintenance a couple of weeks ago apparently.
Robert's Geo Thermal experience showed in tracking down why the red light was coming on and when the temp came down the humidity went up.
He did various things including cleaning out the drip pan that had some pink slime stuff in it. He flushed out where it was blocked up.
He did other things too but I can't remember it all.
He took out the confusing programs that had been set up a long time ago and made it very easy and understandable to use now.
Since we are here, we don't need the pre-set programs and have found them more confusing than helpful.
While he packed up, he waited to be sure the temp was coming down and that everything was working properly.
Robert was very professional, knew Geo Thermal, he was thorough and did a great job in finding the problem and fixing it.

It was a total replacement so took some time, but they moved very steadily. No disruption of my activities in the house. Dogs were a little agitated with the occasional unidentified noises but survived. Old system disassembled and hauled away. New system installed with all the insulation etc. They left no mess at all which was greatly appreciated. Complete orientation on the thermostat, indoor unit along with filter discussion. Oriented to outdoor unit and recommended maintenance. Unit is working seamlessly. Absolutely love how quiet the unit is inside and out. Think I am loving this variable speed unit. House staying constant temperature throughout. Everything I researched stressed getting an experienced high quality service provider to install the system. On Wednesday, Luis and Austin also arrived at the appointed early tome and got right to work installing the new Trane HVAC system. Again, they were both extremely professional, friendly, unobtrusive and worked extremely efficient to get it up and running. About 6.5 hours later it was purring like a kitten and my entire house was as comfortable as it had ever been.
All three of these guys were great and I highly recommend them and Anthony who came and explained everything at the beginning thoroughly and walked me through the entire process prior to the installation.

“I’ve been a Danco customer for 15 years. Bought my last unit from Danco and I’m a Gold Member for as long. My unit stopped cooling Friday 06/30/23 and Danco sent a service tech out that afternoon. The technician’s name was John, he found the unit non-repairable so he contacted the office and Aaron was here that same afternoon and had a price the same day for a complete unit change out. They offered temporary cooling units. A thank you to Craig for bringing that unit out to the house for us to use, for the installation of the new unit could not occur until the following Wednesday as Tuesday was a holiday.
Wednesday morning Beau and Allen did the complete installation on the same day. These two guys knocked it out of the park. After the installation, they went over all the equipment and explained what I need to know. They answered all my questions in detail that I could understand.
